My favourite part of playing a game is being immersed in a great story such as Knights of the Old Republic or Mass Effect. If we continue improving the depth of our games, I think a lot more women will be interested in playing them. Sidenote: As a girl gamer I'm not particularly offended by sexed up female characters - there are usually some ridiculously sexy guy characters to balance them :P I think women are also looking for something different in a game.
