Pinnacle allos you to cover videographs unwanted
using rectangles, different shapes, etc. and you cannot control brightness, etc. If you use ShowBizz
you can control brghtness and add subtitles very easy . We cannot haver ALL in one video program.
I sometimes get a video/audio lag – it spontaneously appears as I edit my movies. Sometimes it is caused by a transition effect that I’ve added to the video. Other times it’s just a certain spot on the timelime that lags. Sometimes re-importing the video to the timeline will help.
It doesn’t move the files when you import them – it just make thumbnails in the workspace. I like this feature because you don’t have to browse each time you want to use a file. And you can import from multiple drives.
To make a fade-in, put a black colour board into the video track, add a “fade” transition before and after the colour board, then set the colour board duration to 1.29 seconds.
its lacking some of the most basic functions like fade in and fade out the only whay to do it is to put the video on the pip layer which kills the rest of the video. It dosent have a reverse function. and loading the titles suck!!!
I mean when you produce a video, making it a streaming video in order to put it on youtube, it uses up GB. It tells you how much you’ve used and how much you have left. Cyberlink tells me there is no way I can make more space for that, but I want to keep making videos. Do I have any options?
I have Power Director, but there’s a limit on how many videos I can make to put on youtube. And they tell me that there’s nothing I can do to create more disk space for that. Is there a program I can use that gives me the option of creating more space?
I think you do have to import it to be able to edit your videos. At least that’s how I’ve done it. So I’m not sure that you can pull from various drives.
V6 crashes on my vista too. I wonder why they didn’t just load v7 on a brand new machine. Isn’t there an open-source video editing tool that has all the cool features built-in? there SHOULD be!!

Do you mean videos stored on your hard drive? I generally put my videos on an external HD. You can buy an external HD for about $100.00
